Juan Diego Florez performs with Symphony for Peru

The Inca country's most famous tenor Juan Diego Florez offered a concert along with children and youth from Symphony for Peru's orchestra and choir to celebrate the 7th anniversary of this music foundation.

In statements to the press, Florez expressed his satisfaction with the progress achieved during these seven years of dedication to young artists.

It must be noted this group comprises more than 7,000 children and youth people, a goal that fills him with pride, he noted.

Symphony for Peru social project intends to boost the artistic and personal development of the most vulnerable minors through music.

The gig took place at Lima's Grand National Theater on Wednesday night.

It was attended by President Martin Vizcarra, his wife Maribel Diaz, and several State ministers, among other personalities.
