In accordance with today's APEC agenda, the APEC Economic Leaders' Retreat began at 9:00 a.m. (local time).
This marks the conclusion of the APEC meetings in Lima, which have been ongoing since November 10.
Throughout the week, key events took place, such as the APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC) meetings, the APEC CEO Summit, as part of Economic Leaders' Week.
The closing remarks by host economy leader Dina Boluarte are expected around 1:00 p.m.

APEC is made up of:
Australia, Brunei Darussalam, Canada, Chile, People's Republic of China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Republic of Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Peru, the Philippines, the Russian Federation, Singapore, Chinese Taipei, Thailand, the United States, and Viet Nam.
Together, they account for 62% of world's GDP, 48% of global trade in goods and services, plus 38% of the planet's population.
