Renowned New Zealander actor Russell Crowe did not hesitate to praise the Peruvian national team after its
2-0 World Cup win over Australia and said Peru did way too good today.
"Australia had the longest road to qualify in the history of the World Cup, 22 games to make the tournament. Congratulations to the team and the admin, what a ride. Well done Peru, way too good today," he tweeted on Tuesday.
In another tweet, Crowe admitted he was impressed by one of the goals scored by the Incas. "Awesome goal Peru!" he added.
