Peruvian President Pedro Pablo Kuczynski underlined his upcoming work visit to Argentina on November 2-4 would place emphasis on continental issues, democracy in the region and bilateral economic cooperation.
In a video address, the Head of State said his agenda in Buenos Aires would include the signing of major bilateral agreements for the development of both South American nations.
"I will pay an official visit to Buenos Aires, the beautiful Argentinian nation run by
Mauricio Macri […]. It will be a pleasure to be in Argentina," Mr. Kuczynski expressed.
In addition, the President will attend the Iberoamerican Forum. The event will also see the presence of Organization of American States (OAS)
Secretary General Luis Almagro.
Last but not least, Peru's top official took the opportunity to
express his heartfelt condolences to the Argentinian people over Tuesday's terror attack in New York, which claimed the lives of 5 Argentinian citizens.
"Peru is a pacific country, and we want the world to be a pacific place […]. My heartfelt condolences [go] to the people of Argentina and its citizens over the five victims lost to violence yesterday in New York," he concluded.
