Peruvian Foreign Affairs Minister Nestor Popolizio on Tuesday attended the swearing-in ceremony of President Carlos Alvarado Quesada in Costa Rica.
In this sense, the Foreign Affairs Ministry highlighted that Costa Rica is an important partner of Peru in the Central American region.
Both nations share democratic values, as well as elements of political and economic convergence.
It must be noted President Alvarado Quesada will rule Costa Rica thru May 2022.
