Mitsuharu Tsumura, the special dinner constituted the first collaborative work of Peru's most internationally-renowned culinary stars in London.
In a master class on fusion
ceviche, traditional flavors met —and harmoniously blended with— the modern takes on this signature Peruvian dish through innovative techniques and contemporary proposals.
The Peruvian experts thus managed to captivate Britain's discerning and demanding palates: specialized London food critics and restaurateurs who praised their exquisite execution and the extraordinary quality of their culinary offer.
It is worth noting the three chefs' gastronomic proposals are featured in British magazine Restaurant's top 50 ranking.
