Another person found in La Perla-Chaupis

The body was found at 10 a.m., although it has not been identified yet. However, he said the corresponding protocols were followed.

As is known, the town of La Perla-Chaupis (in the district of Atavillos Bajo) was hit by a landslide caused by heavy rains, which buried houses and people.

The report was released during a press conference at the headquarters of the National Emergency Operations Center (COEN) in Lima's Chorrillos district, which featured ministers of production and agrarian development-irrigation, as well as a representative of the National Meteorology and Hydrology Service (Senamhi).
