President Jeri guarantees security for Copa Libertadores final in Peru

Given the commitment assumed by the Peruvian State, President Jose Jeri guaranteed security for the holding of the Copa Libertadores final in Lima.

The Head of State met with South American Soccer Confederation (CONMEBOL) Chairman Alejandro Dominguez at the Government Palace to coordinate the details of the grand South American sporting celebration that will take place in our country.

The authorities agreed that the conditions, requirements, and needs for the match are ideal within the framework of the most important club-level game in the confederation.

Brazilian teams Flamengo and Palmeiras will face off in the final scheduled for November 29 in the Peruvian capital.
