This event was also attended by Ministers Jorge Chavez Cresta (Defense), Raul Perez Reyes (Transportation-Communications), and National Civil Defense Institute Chief Carlos Yañez.
It took place at the National Emergency Operations Center (COEN) in the Peruvian capital, Lima.
