Peruvian Ambassador Jose Antonio Bellina presented credential letters to Swedish King Carl XVI Gustaf, the Andean country's Foreign Affairs Ministry reported.
On the occasion, both personalities discussed topics of bilateral interest, such as the importance of
Peruvian mining sector's development and Swedish industry's potential, in terms of machinery and technology.
In addition, they expressed their countries' willingness to continue strengthening trade relations.
For his part, the Swedish King recalled his daughter Princess Victoria's visit to the Inca country back in 2015.
The ceremony took place in Stockholm on May 24.
