From Pampachiri in Apurimac region, the Head of State indicated that his presence in said area was part of the commitment made to the people to meet openly, "not clandestinely to plot against the popular will."
Mr. Castillo indicated that State ministers assumed a serious commitment to the people in order to move various public works forward.
He also announced that the Agrarian Development and Irrigation Ministry's doors will be open to the people, adding that the
sector's new head, Juan Altamirano, has the political will to work for the them.
