The President of the Republic Dina Boluarte promotes the internationalization of Peru's Navy Industrial Services (SIMA) as part of a strategy to position the South American country in the global market.

During a bilateral meeting with Panama's President Jose Raul Mulino on Wednesday, he expressed interest in shipbuilding projects by the prestigious Peruvian naval company SIMA, which plans to expand operations and enter the international naval construction industry.

The Head of State is in Davos, where she is participating in the World Economic Forum (WEF) Annual Meeting, leading the Peruvian delegation.

This event gathers political leaders and senior representatives from companies and international institutions.

It represents a global platform where major international organizations, multinational corporations, governments, civil society, academia, and the media interact at the highest level on relevant issues in the world's political, economic, social, and environmental spheres.
