Peru's President delivers tablets as part of "I Learn at Home" strategy in Piura

Peruvian President Martin Vizcarra arrived in northern Piura region on Friday and began his official activities by delivering tablets to the Regional Government. The devices will improve educational quality in the area.

The items were handed over to Governor Servando Garcia as part of the Aprendo en Casa (I Learn at Home) strategy run by the Ministry of Education.


Earlier today, the President traveled from Lima to Piura joined by Ministers Jorge Montenegro (Agriculture and Irrigation), Carlos Estremadoyro (Transport and Communications), and Executive-Director of the Authority for Reconstruction with Changes Amalia Moreno, in order to inspect, as well as implement projects in the spheres linked to education, agriculture, and road infrastructure.
