Peru's President attends mass at Government Palace

The President of the Republic Dina Boluarte participated in a mass and blessing of the nativity scene on the first Sunday of Advent.

The event took place on Sunday morning at the Government Palace in the Peruvian capital, Lima.

Advent is the time of preparation to celebrate Christmas and begins four Sundays before said national holiday.

During the activity, the Head of State was accompanied by Peruvian Prime Minister Alberto Otarola and State ministers.
