Peru's PM attends inauguration of Peru-Korea cooperation center

14:34 | Lima, Oct. 14.

Peru's Prime Minister Mirtha Vasquez on Thursday morning participated in the inauguration of the Peru-Korea Government and Digital Transformation Cooperation Center.

The event also featured the Republic of Korea's Deputy Minister for Political Affairs Yeo Seung Bae.

This cooperation between the two countries will allow the Peruvian State to make digital services more agile and affordable for citizens, resulting in savings of time and money.

In April this year, Peru and Korea signed a memorandum of agreement (MoU) on the use of fourth industrial revolution technologies.

Since 2017, both nations have maintained active cooperation on these matters, whose results have translated into different digital platforms.
