Peru's Foreign Affairs Ministry hands protest note to Bolivian Ambassador

The Peruvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has handed a note to the Ambassador of Bolivia, in which it conveys an energetic protest against the statements made by the President of said country, Luis Arce.

According to information provided by international agencies, on Sunday, the Bolivian leader said that people in Peru have been fighting to reinstate democracy.

"Today, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs handed a note to the Bolivian Ambassador, through which it conveys an energetic protest against the statements of President Luis Arce on domestic policy issues," the government agency said in a statement posted on its Twitter account.

Likewise, the publication reported that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru has been evaluating actions in the face of new acts of interference.
