Lima-based Carnaval Bar
ranked 13th in the 11th edition of the World's 50 Best Bars and claimed the
Highest New Entry Award 2019.
The awarding ceremony took place in London (United Kingdom).
The brand —which ranked 68th in 2018— has made Peru even more attractive due to its comprehensive tourism offer that includes the best of Peruvian gastronomy and cocktails.
The place has recently unveiled its new menu "Alquimia II," inspired in carnivals around the world.
Carnaval Bar opened in 2017 as a high-concept cocktail bar that combines elements from different cultures around the world. The creative mind behind this trendy bar is Aaron Diaz.
