The ceremony took place at the Government Palace Courtyard of Honor in Lima on Saturday morning.
On this occasion, the Head of State was joined by Cabinet Chief Anibal Torres, as well as Ministers Betssy Chavez (Culture), Alejandro Salas (Labor), and Roberto Sanchez (Foreign Trade-Tourism).
