Peruvian President Martin Vizcarra on Saturday afternoon arrived in the southern region of Tacna region, where he participates in the delivery of medical supplies to assist patients with coronavirus (COVID-19).
The batch consists of 15 mechanical ventilators, diagnostic tests and personal protective equipment.
In Tacna, the Head of State will also hold a working meeting with the regional COVID-19 Command.
On the occasion, the President is joined by Health Minister Victor Zamora.
Saturday marks the sixty-second day of mandatory social isolation in Peru.
