led the graduation ceremony of the outgoing class of the Peruvian Navy’s Frigate Ensigns on Tuesday.
This ceremony took place on the esplanade of the Peruvian Naval School in Callao region.
The Head of State was accompanied by Cabinet Chief Enesto Alvarez and Defense Minister Cesar Diaz, as well as by Joint Command of the Armed Forces Chief David Ojeda.
The General Commanders of the Air Force, Navy, Army, and National Police were also present at this event.
A total of 51 cadets graduated as Frigate Ensigns.
