Peru: President Jeri leads Council of Ministers session

The President of the Republic, Jose Jeri, led a new Council of Ministers session at the Government Palace in Lima on Monday.

During the session, the Head of State, Prime Minister Ernesto Alvarez, and Cabinet members assessed a series of priority measures and actions.

"President Jose Jeri is leading the Council of Ministers session, reviewing the Executive Branch’s priority actions and the measures aimed at strengthening the government’s management for the benefit of all Peruvians," the Presidential Office reported on its X account.

Earlier today, the top official presided over the flag-raising ceremony at the Parochial Educational Institution San Antonio de Padua, in Lima Jesus Maria district, where he completed his primary and secondary studies.
