Peruvian President Martin Vizcarra on Monday inaugurated the
Good Growth meeting, which takes place in Lima on May 13-17.
Over 300 national and international leaders —including politicians, managers of multinational companies, as well as representatives of local producers and communities— attend the event in order to discuss growth opportunities through
deforestation-free commodities.
Likewise, the top official affirmed it is a priority subject for his administration, which will work until the last day in office to adopt adequate decisions and raise collective awareness.
