The
Glass of Milk Program (PVL) is a
social program created by Law No. 24059 and complemented by Law No. 27470 to
offer a daily ration of food to a population deemed as vulnerable.
The program aims to help its members overcome food insecurity which affects them.
The actions of this program, carried out with the strong participation of community members, have the ultimate goal of raising their nutritional level, thus contributing to improving the quality of life of said group that, given its precarious economic situation, would not be able to meet basic needs.
