Peru: President Boluarte participates in Regional State Council closing ceremony

The President of the Republic Dina Boluarte on Friday participated in the ceremony marking the closing of the Second Regional State Council meeting.

The Regional State Council began its annual meeting last Thursday, with the participation of Executive Branch and regional authorities.

Within this framework, State ministers and regional governors exchanged ideas and requirements on various issues.

Today's event took place at the Government Palace in the Peruvian capital, Lima.

Regional State Council

The Regional State Council is a space that allows Executive Branch officials to listen to the perspective of regional governments regarding national issues and attention to the unlocking of projects.

At these meetings, bilateral working groups are formed so that each regional government can meet with various sectors and receive assistance to carry out relevant public works.

The purpose of these meetings is to be able to unlock those infrastructure projects whose execution will benefit the most vulnerable population.
