Peru: President Boluarte inaugurates fifth Bicentennial School

The President of the Republic Dina Boluarte on Tuesday inaugurated the fifth Escuela Bicentenario I. E. 1235 Unión Latinoamericana (1235 Latin American Union Bicentennial School) in Lima's La Molina district.

The aforementioned educational institution is located in the Covima urbanization and will house over 1,700 students.

This project entailed an investment worth close to S/66 million (about US$17.71 million), the Presidential Office reported.

The Executive Branch has planned the construction of 75 bicentennial schools, which will benefit 114,736 students and 5,100 teachers nationwide.
