The high-ranking official emphasized that education allows each student to define their life project.
He added that values play a decisive role in this process.
National symbols
Prime Minister Alvarez noted that national symbols represent unity, freedom, and collective effort. Therefore, their tribute should be understood as a formative act that strengthens the sense of belonging to Peru.
