At a Parliament plenary session, Prime Minister Gustavo Adrianzen presents the Government General Policy and the main measures required by the administration.

In addition, he will request a confidence vote from legislators.

Minutes earlier, President Dina Boluarte accompanied the State Ministers to the Government Palace's facade, prior to the Cabinet's presentation.

According to Parliament regulations, the Cabinet chief is invited to make his presentation for up to 60 minutes. In turn, each State Minister is able to take the floor for a period not longer than 15 minutes.

Adrianzen must present the Government General Policy and the main measures required by the government administration.

Once his speech has concluded, the debate opens for a period of three hours, according to an agreement by the Congress Board.

When the debate is over, the floor is again granted to the Prime Minister to answer the questions asked by Parliament members and defend his points of view.

To approve the confidence motion, a vote in favor of half plus one of the legal number of Congress members is required, that is, 66 votes.
