Peru: Over 73.2 million COVID-19 vaccine doses applied

73,392,139 doses of the vaccine against COVID-19 have been so far administered in Peru, the Ministry of Health (Minsa) reported.

Out of that total, 27,086,574 were given as second dose, thus accounting for 82.6% of the target population.
Within this framework, 16,683,218 citizens have been vaccinated with a third dose.

They also account for 58.4% of the general population, the leading government authority in the health sector said in its daily report.

Similarly, 388,640 people have received the fourth dose.
