65,123,964 doses of the vaccine against COVID-19 have been so far administered in Peru, the
Ministry of Health (Minsa) has reported.
Out of that total, 25,363,548 were given as second dose, thus accounting for 77.37% of the target population.
Within this framework, 11,450,712 citizens have been vaccinated with a booster dose.
They also account for 34.93% of the general population, the leading government authority in the health sector said in its daily report.
