Peru: Over 32.6 million COVID-19 vaccine doses applied

So far, 32,687,924 doses of the vaccine against COVID-19 have been administered in Peru, the Ministry of Health (Minsa) reported on Wednesday.

Out of that total, 14,419,053 were given as second dose.

"This figure represents 52% of the target population," the leading government authority in the health sector said in its daily report.

According to the Ministry of Health (Minsa), the target population in Peru consists of men and women over 12 years of age, that is, 28,024,250 people.
