Peru: New State Ministers sworn in

The President of the Republic, Dina Boluarte, administered the oath of office to three new State Ministers on Tuesday afternoon.

On the occasion, the Head of State swore in Raul Ricardo Perez Reyes Espejo as new Minister of Economy and Finance. He replaces Jose Antonio Salardi Rodriguez in the post.

Afterwards, Carlos Alberto Malaver Odias was sworn in as new Minister of Interior. He succeeds Julio Diaz Zulueta.

Subsequently, the top official administered the oath of office to Cesar Carlos Sandoval Pozo, who has become the new Minister of Transportation and Communications. He replaces Raul Ricardo Perez Reyes Espejo in the position.

This ceremony took place at the Government Palace in Lima.
