Districts with the highest demand for online housing search in Peruvian capital Lima are Surco (12%) and Miraflores (11%), according to Peru's Urbania.pe website.
Next in the top 10 list are San Isidro, San Miguel, San Borja and La Molina, with 6% each.
At the bottom are Pueblo Libre with 4%, as well as Jesus Maria, Magdalena and Chorrillos, with 3% of search queries.
Urbania.pe logged 1.7 million visits from nearly 700,000 unique users, posting a growth of over 20% in online search.
The observed tendency indicates users visit the site three times a month when seeking housing.
They usually seek in more than three districts, totaling 6.2 million search queries per area every month.
Precisely, Urbania and Interbank partnered to provide users with online access to the mortgage loan application most favorable to them.
