The Peruvian Ministry of Justice and Human Rights approved its Multiannual Institutional Operating Plan (POI) 2024-2026, through a ministerial resolution published on Sunday in the Official Gazette El Peruano.

Thus, the government agency orders the publication of the Multiannual POI 2024-2026 on Sheet 006: Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, in its digital platform and in the Unique Digital Platform of the Peruvian State —the official government portal  (www.gob.pe).

Likewise, the resolution stipulates that the plan be disseminated among all bodies, organizational units, councils, commissions, and programs within the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, for their knowledge and corresponding purposes.

In accordance with the Institutional Planning Guide developed by the National Center for Strategic Planning (CEPLAN), each entity prepares and approves its Multiannual POI in order to guide the allocation of resources so to achieve priority goals for a period of no less than 3 years.

"The Multiannual POI should be passed before the approval of the entity’s Multiannual Budget Programming; consequently, the head of said entity (at any of the three levels of government) must approve the Multiannual POI until April 30. This is done through the CEPLAN V.01 app and using the holder's digital signature, with the issuance of the corresponding certificate," the resolution stated.

The ministerial resolution bears the signature of the Justice and Human Rights sector’s head, Daniel Maurate Romero.
