Raul Alfaro
On the other hand, according to
Supreme Resolution 050-2023-IN, the appointment of Raul Alfaro Alvarado as the head of the General Command of the National Police has been terminated.
This resolution indicates that the aforementioned member of the PNP has been placed into retirement.
Moreover, the document states that
Alvarado's name appears in an investigation carried out by the
Public Ministry.
Therefore, he faces a situation that places him in a conflict of interest, which is incompatible with the role of Commander General of the National Police.
