The
National Elections Board (JNE) has published the resolutions officializing the presidential tickets that will be eligible to participate in the 2026 General Elections, totaling 36.
The resolutions proclaim the results of the primary elections for each of the political parties and electoral alliances taking part in the race.
Acción Popular (Popular Action) is not included, as the JNE declared the party's electoral process null and void.
Thus, the results are officially certified for a total of 38 political organizations.
However, two of them—Frepap (Agricultural People's Front of Peru) and Partido Ciudadanos por el Perú (Citizens for Peru Party)—will only submit lists for Congress, meaning the number of presidential tickets will be 36.
