plenary clarified that 38 political organizations surpassed the electoral threshold in the primary elections. Therefore, they are cleared to submit candidates to the Special Electoral Boards (JEEs), within the framework of the 2026 General Elections.
This was established by Resolution No. 0801-2025-JNE, published in the Legal Regulations Bulletin of the Official Gazette El Peruano.
Below are the political organizations eligible to submit candidates for the election of the President of the Republic, Vice Presidents, Senators, Deputies, and Representatives to the Andean Parliament for the 2026–2031 term:

The regulation states that, in compliance with the electoral timetable, primary elections were held on November 30, 2025. During that time political organizations selected their candidates through a vote of their registered members.
On that date, political organizations elected their delegates, who went on to select the candidates on December 7, 2025.
It also specifies that, through Resolution No. 0745-2025-JNE, dated December 11, 2025, the primary elections by the political organization Acción Popular (Popular Action) were declared null and void within the framework of the 2026 General Elections.
