Congress Chairman Jose Williams on Monday affirmed that according to the comments made by various parliamentary groups, there is a majority consensus to grant the vote of confidence to the Ministerial Cabinet.
"I think there is a majority consensus (to grant the vote of confidence)," Jose Williams told the press.
On the other hand, the head of the Legislative Branch pronounced himself in favor of the Government's decision, through the National Superintendence of Migrations, to ban former Bolivian President Evo Morales from entering Peru.
He noted that no one has the right to get involved in internal affairs of other States, even less in political issues, since this is causing friction in southern Peru through the initiative called Runasur.
"I think it is good to impose restrictive measures on him (Evo Morales), to avoid problems," Williams Zapata said, noting that he is a mere citizen and not a representative of the Bolivian State.
