Three Peruvian coffee brands have received awards at the
Incanforests' Cafe Lavado Arabica and Cafe de Papa's Arabica Bourbon —both from Junin region— won gourmet medals in the Round Balanced category.
On the other hand, Finca Santa Rosa's product (Pasco region) grabbed a gourmet medal in the Soft Fruity class.
This year's edition required the tasting of more than 150 exceptional coffees from 25 countries.
About the Contest
AVPA's objective is to obtain a clear recognition of coffee as a gourmet product by French and European professional tasters, thanks to the new legitimacy acquired by the growers, who have become passionate lovers of their coffees and high-quality product sellers.
