Peru's coming Expoalimentaria fair is expected to generate US$850 million in business deals, Association of Peruvian Exporters (ADEX) projected on Tuesday.
Over 300 Peruvian companies will participate in this event offering their products to buyers from all around the world.
This year's figure is projected to be US$20-million higher than the amount obtained last year (US$830 million).
As is known,
Expoalimentaria has become one of the major platforms to promote and boost trade.
At least 500 Peruvian and international companies will attend its 10th edition to take place on September 26-28, 2018. It is expected to gather over 40,000 visitors during the three days.
Moreover, delegations from Germany, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Spain, United States, Greece, Indonesia, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Portugal, and Turkey, among others will participate in the event.
