National Geographic's Spanish edition magazine entitled "Viajes National Geographic" has nominated Peru as a finalist for Best International Destination at "Premios de los Lectores 2024" (2024 Readers' Awards).

Once again, the beauty and richness of our country make people talk worldwide, Marca Peru's (Peru Brand) social media channels highlight when reporting on this nomination.

Indeed, the National Geographic underscored Peru's nomination for this award.

"Machu Picchu and the Inca Route are the tourist emblem of a country that has many other enclaves of interest, such as the capital itself, Lima, or the exuberant jungle of Iquitos," the prestigious publication indicated.

Among the countries nominated for Best International Destination are also Egypt, Colombia, Morocco, and Uzbekistan.

The final results choosing the winners will be announced on April 18 in the May issue of the magazine, as well as on its website on the same date.

You can vote here for the finalists in 15 categories until Sunday, February 11, 2024.
