on Sunday morning claimed a silver medal in Women's 20km Walk Final at Lima 2019 Pan American Games.
The race was led by Colombian gold winner Sandra Arenas Campuzano (1:28:03), whereas the third position was held by Brazilian Erica Rocha de Sena (1:30:34).
The other Peruvian competing in the event —Mary Luz Andia— ended 10th (1:37:03).
The activity took place at Kennedy Park in Miraflores district.
To date, Peru has claimed 17
medals, including gold (4), silver (3), and bronze (10).
