The
Ministry of Foreign Affairs has reported that the Consular Section of the Embassy of Peru in Israel has reported the disappearance of two Peruvian nationals, after the deadly Palestinian attack on Gaza.
Both cases were reported to Israeli authorities for assistance in search-and-recovery efforts, the government agency said in a message posted on social media.
Moreover, the post indicates that the Peruvian Consular Section in Israel continues the search at hospitals.
"Permanent contact is maintained with family members to provide them with all the necessary support, wishing for their well-being," the ministry added.
Likewise, the Consular Section in Tel Aviv remains in contact with more than 100 non-resident Peruvian citizens who are in Israeli territory in order to ensure their prompt return to Peru.
