British singer Ed Sheeran recognized Peruvian pisco's quality and placed it as one of his top picks when it comes to alcoholic beverages.
Remarks were made during an interview with Los 40 Chile radio station.
When asked on what he likes the most about Chile, the pop star recognized wine is what he prefers.
In light of this, the interviewer commented that Chile has pisco in its drink repertoire.
"I would have a Peruvian mate, who'd disagree with you," Sheeran replied in this sense.
"I think I'd prefer Peruvian Pisco Sour," he added.
It must be noted the musician performed an extraordinary
concert for thousands of Peruvians in Lima's National Stadium on the night of May 13.
