Ecuadorian President Lenin Moreno on Thursday afternoon arrived in Lima (Peru) to carry out a series of activities, within the framework of the 8th Summit of the Americas.
The Ecuadorian Government plane landed at 1:45 PM (local time) at Air Group N°8, located in the Constitutional Province of Callao.
Moreno was received by the hosting nation's Defense Minister Jose Huerta on the occasion.
During his stay in Lima, the Ecuadorian President will hold a meeting with Peruvian counterpart Martin Vizcarra. He will also meet with Colombian Head of State Juan Manuel Santos.
