Peruvian actor Christian Meier felt honored and responsible to be named Ambassador of Peru Brand, a task he has been carrying out since he works abroad. “My work allowed me to be a Peruvian junior ambassador always,” he said after receiving this honor.
The ceremony was held at Larcomar shopping center, where Promperu's Director of Country Image Promotion Isabella Falco announced that the said mall joins the Peru Brand campaign.
In addition, she said that in some days an amazing photographic collection on Machu Picchu will open soon on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of scientific discovery of its scientific discovery.
Moreover, former Mayor of San Isidro and father of the actor Antonio Meier, who attended this event, said he was proud of his son’s recognition and stressed that his work is known in more than 100 countries.
Renowned Peruvian chef Gaston Acurio, opera star Juan Diego Florez, world surfing champion Sofia Mulanovich and actor Carlos Alcantara, and now Christian Meier, among others, comprise the group of celebrities that have the mission to help us spread the Peru Brand.
