The Central Reserve Bank (BCR) on Friday maintained its growth projection for Peruvian economy at 3.8% for 2020.
Thus, the rate remains the same as that issued last September.
As explained by BCR Governor Julio Velarde, the sectors with the highest growth rates in 2020 will be the fishery (23%), manufacturing (9.3%), and construction (5.3%) ones.
Remarks were made during the presentation of the Inflation Report - December 2019.
