Her visit took place on Sunday, April 5, when she took part in an audiovisual filming session at the Kuelap Monumental Archaeological Complex, the Decentralized Directorate of Culture in Amazonas reported, highlighting the actress' presence at the fortress.

The DDC stated that the activity was carried out in coordination with the Commission for the Promotion of Peru for Exports and Tourism (PromPeru).

It added that the audiovisual production took place at one of the Amazonas region's main heritage icons, with the aim of generating content that underscores the country's historical and cultural richness for global audiences.

The filming is part of the international series Travel & Purpose—produced by Global Child LLC—a project that aims to showcase tourist destinations with cultural value through wide-reaching platforms in international markets, including the United States and Latin America.

This content is aimed at showcasing Peru's rich heritage to international audiences through wide-reaching audiovisual distribution platforms and outlets such as ViX, LATAM, and major television networks in the United States.

Isabela Merced is known for her roles in productions such as 'Transformers: The Last Knight,' 'Sicario: Day of the Soldado,' 'Dora and the Lost City of Gold,' and 'Superman.'

She has also appeared in films such as 'Madame Web' and 'Alien: Romulus.'
