The Presidency of the Republic of Peru on Tuesday afternoon thanked Denisse Miralles for her service to the nation as President of the Council of Ministers (Prime Minister) during an important period for the country.

Likewise, it wished her success in her professional career and future challenges.

This message was issued by the Presidential Office on the X platform.

During her tenure at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers' (PCM) helm, Miralles led efforts to prevent a fuel shortage following an accident in a natural gas transport pipeline, which was resolved days ahead of the estimated deadline.

She had been expected to appear at Congress on Wednesday to present the government's general policy.
