President of Peru holds meeting with elected regional, local authorities

The President of the Republic Pedro Castillo took part in a meeting with elected authorities for regional and local governments for the 2023-2026 period "Rebuilding Together."

The meeting was held at Lima Convention Center located in the Peruvian capital's San Borja district.

This was the second activity in which the country's top official participated.

Earlier on Tuesday, the Head of State attended the ceremony marking the 34th anniversary of the creation of the National Police of Peru (PNP).

The event took place at the PNP School of Officers in Lima's Chorrillos district.
