on Thursday met with members of the European Parliament (MEPs) Jordi Cañas and Jordi Solé, with whom he discussed relations between Peru and the European Union —as part of his work trip that began in Belgium.
At the event, the Cabinet member invited a European parliamentary delegation to visit Peru in 2023, the
Foreign Affairs Ministry has reported.
Besides, the government official will meet with high-ranking authorities of the EU and the Kingdom of Belgium, in order to address the common agenda with the EU bloc and the aforementioned country.
In Mexico, he will participate in the activities organized within the framework of the
Pacific Alliance Council of Ministers Meeting from October 19 to 21. The event was convened by the United Mexican States, in its capacity as holder of the Pro-Tempore Presidency.
